Merry Christmas!
What a WonDERful day! As you can see, Christmas couldn't have been better! Christmas Eve was even great considering the surgery and all. Rose, thank you so much for opening your home to us and letting us come and eat your food! It was good to feel at home!
It has been fun starting up some new traditions w/ our family. We started by making sugar cookies and decorating them on Christmas eve, opening up our Christmas p.j.'s, setting the cookies out and watching the anticipation on Payton's face as he is waiting for Santa to come.
This Christmas has been the first Christmas in a long time that it has actually felt like Christmas. Kids make all the difference in the world. It was so much fun watching Payton come down and realizing that Santa had come to his house. It was pretty funny watching him open his present's and finding out that none of them are the train that he has so desperatly been waiting for. It finally got to the point that he didn't want to open any more. He just wanted his ChOo-ChOo! Finally I asked him to go and get me a blanket on the floor covering his train, he pulled it off and to his surprise Santa really did come! He was so excited and hasn't left it's side yet.
Xoie was content watching her brother and trying to get all of his toys. The comment of her hating her hair was for you Tiff. Don't you recognize that face? Remember the red brush?
We had a great day and enjoyed creating new traditions. We did miss all the family back home and we hope ya'll enjoyed the holiday's. Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

My Man!
I need to take a minute and express my love and gratitude for a GrEAt Husband. With the events of this past weekend, I have been able to see what an AMazInG man I married!Mike is a very talented person. He works very hard w/ school, his family, and establishing relationships w/ others to help them feel accepted in any situation.
I am so excited to spend these next 4 years and all of ETeRnITy with my BeSt FRienD! We are in a WoNDerFul point in our life right now where we have only ourselves to rely on, and I couldn't have asked for a better person to rely on. I LoVe you babe!

Thank you Grandma & Grandpa Warner!
Now Payton put's his toys in the box and burries them. He has put his BinKI in a couple of times and then cries when he can't find it. One of these times we won't be able to find it either!
Anyway, thank you Grandma and Grandpa for the gifts which again are still under the tree and also thank you for the box that is going to make our house a mess, but will keep Payton entertained for hours! It will drive Mike CrAzY but oh well! He came home from school and the first thing he said was " Okay, let's ThROw the BoX away now". Payton and I won for a little bit. I aSsURe you that the box will be outside ToNiGHt after Payton goes to bed.

Our tree and it's WonDerFul leaves!
So this is our MaPLe tree on the side of our house. It is BeAutIFul. We love to look at the colors and enjoy the shade it gives us. The only down side of having such a wOnDerFul tree, is that it has a LoT of leaves, and you know what that means...
Today was the day that Mike and I have been DReaDIng for a LoNG time! The leaves fINallY fell off the tree. The leaves on the ground are about 2 InCHheS thick, and we have the priviladge of CLeAnINg them up. Dad if you want to clean them up we will give you $5.00!Sunday, November 18, 2007

Children's Museum!

Payton, Matt, and Jane stayed in this maze forever. They couldn't get any higher than the first level, but they loved it. This maze is AmAZiNG! It is two stories tall and you can crawl from the bottom to the top w/out worrying about falling out. I told Mike that I would LOVE to have one of these in our house, but all he could do was laugh at me. I think that means no! It was a fun idea anyway. I think I will continue working on him and we will see who wins!
The Water Room!
Payton loved the WaTeR FlOOr! He wanted to jump in the WhOLe time. The little fountains on the floor are AweSOme! They have little pipes that you can add onto, or take away from. Payton and his friend Matt were playing w/ them for a while. I guess Payton was working way too hard, his face was in the water practically the whole time. We took a change of clothes for him, and it's a good thing. By the time we were done, he was SoAKeD! This place is a BlASt! If any of ya'll come over w/ your kids we will definatly have to take a trip to the museum!
HaPPy HaLLoWeeN
So here it is! Can you tell who Payton was? Look really close. That's right, none other than a member of LiGHtinG McQuEEn's pit crew. Payton loved his bucket, he wouldn't let it go. Sorry there is only one picture, but Payton was so excited that he was running around all over, that I didn't even think to get the camera. I was having too much fun watching him enjoy the night. We LoVe the way HalLoWeEn is done here. Everyone sit's out on their porches and wait's for trick-or-treater's to come. At 6:00 the town fire alarm goes off and let's everyone know that it's time to start, and at 7:30 it goes off again and everyone goes inside. It allows a great family atmosphere to the holiday.
The downside of living on Woodlawn Ave., is that it is the only flat street on Munhall. Our neighbor count's the number of kids that come around and at the end of the night the count was around 200 kids. Needless to say, we ran out of candy. It was a great night and we can't wait until next year!

In the tub really?

After the water ran out of the tub, Payton didn't want to get out. I had to run into my room quickly and when I came back to the bathroom, all Payton could say was PoO PoO. That's right, Payton PoOpEd in the tub! He was embarassed until his dad came in and assured Patyon that he did it when he was a little kid as well. Payton smiled!
Massage anyone?
